The Program Manager will provide strategic oversight and coordination for all backend systems supporting the Office of Health Mart, including Salesforce and other critical platforms such as Central Pay, Membership, Credentialing, Enrollment Wizard, database, and other internal systems. This role ensures that technology solutions align with business needs, driving operational efficiency, scalability, user adoption and compliance. The Program Manager will act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, product, and technical teams, managing priorities, timelines, and resources for system enhancements, integrations, and governance.
Key Responsibilities
Owns Business Workflows and Processes
Understand business processes related to Office of Health Mart systems workflows and functionalities.
Develop and maintain current state process documents for each business process and system as appropriate.
Program Leadership
Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of initiatives across all backend systems (Salesforce, Central Pay, Membership, Credentialing, Enrollment Wizard, database, and other internal systems).
Identify risks related to system dependencies and capacity; develop mitigation strategies to ensure continuity of critical processes.
Lead requirement gathering planning sessions with business partners focused on improving business processes and functionality with respect to available systems and applications
Develop and maintain a comprehensive roadmap for system enhancements and integrations aligned with business objectives.
Support Agile Development
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as Scrum planning meetings, daily standup meetings, backlog grooming sessions, and retrospective meetings representing the business
Translate business requirements (defects and enhancements) and document user stories / requirements.
Conduct through user acceptance test planning, execution, and ensure system configuration meets business requirements.
Business Alignment
Partner with business leaders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable strategies for system improvements.
Ensure solutions meet operational, compliance, and customer experience goals.
Identify enhancements to improve maturity level, user experience, and adoption for each function
Develop and manage business plans supporting enhancement development life cycle initiatives (includes leading Business UAT, training, go-live, and communication planning by partnering with support teams)
Drive adoption improvement solutions by collaborating with training team and business partners
Facilitate alignment meetings and maintain updated RACI charts for clarity of roles and responsibilities.
Deliver clear, concise updates to leadership and stakeholders on program status, priorities, and outcomes.
Minimum Requirement
Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience: Business Process Management, Product Management, Information Systems or another business, process, computer or process-based discipline or equivalent experience
Critical Skills
7 years of product ownership, product management, business analysis, or program management experience. A record of success in analyzing, designing, and deploying features across products and solutions.
7 years of Salesforce.com or other CRM / SFA or similar platform experience
Additional Knowledge & Skills:
Strong understanding of CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and enterprise backend systems.
Experience with financial systems, compliance tools, membership and credentialing platforms, and analytics solutions.
Expertise in program, product or project management methodologies, governance, and risk mitigation.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive alignment across diverse teams.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex technical concepts in a clear, business-focused manner.
Proficiency in tools such as Power BI, project management software, Atlassian, JIRA, and workflow automation platforms.
Strong analytics skills needed
Strong business acumen needed
Experience with UX design and visualization reporting tools preferred
Experience in working with various stakeholders related to technical solutions development
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
