Position Summary

The Sr Analyst will join the OhioRISE Plans provider operations team within Network Strategy & Provider Experience and will develop, maintain, and enhance provider relationships. Responsible for data analytics, reporting, and utilization review to inform business decision and optimize operations. This role interface with internal and external stake holders, translating complex data into actionable insight to support business growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducts research, analysis and/or audits to identify issues and propose solutions to protect data, contract integrity, and performance
  • Manages and performs scheduled provider surveys to support Access and Availability analyses
  • Provides technical expertise for questions related to Multi System Youth (MSY) contracting
  • Partner across the organization to support network development and maintenance
  • Perform data analysis to support the network services
  • Responsible for ticket creation in support of issue resolution
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and health care operations experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in provider relations, network management, or healthcare analytics.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare delivery systems, managed care, and provider contracting, and surveys.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, QuickBase) and healthcare databases.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Medicaid
  • Mastery of problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a matrixed organization and gain consensus and share information to various interested parties

Education

Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and health care operations experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $102,000.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
