Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist is needed for an early childhood school setting in Columbus, OH, to cover a maternity leave. This contract position runs from February through May, providing an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on young learners during the spring portion of the school year. Key Responsibilities: Provide speech-language therapy services to a caseload primarily consisting of Pre-K children. Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapy sessions. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress. Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records in compliance with relevant regulations. Qualifications: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology. Experience in pediatric speech-language pathology within school or healthcare settings. Familiarity with early childhood developmental stages and teletherapy methodologies is a plus. Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred or equivalent experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills tailored to young children and their families. Schedule and Location: Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week. Based in Columbus, OH at an early childhood school. Contract duration: February through May.
