Job Title: Associate Manufacturing Process Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate Manufacturing Process Technician to join our team. In this role, you will routinely perform moderately-complex to complex processes according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Responsibilities

  • Inspect and package product-filled vials as per procedures and batch records.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
  • Set up and operate manufacturing equipment.
  • Assist or participate in other manufacturing operations, such as filling support activities.
  • Support internal operations including stocking items, tracking inventory, and material movement.
  • Recognize and report equipment malfunctions and make necessary adjustments.
  • Train new Manufacturing Process Technicians on routine tasks.
  • Understand, follow, and document batch records for the inspection and packaging process.
  • Reconcile components and products and calculate product exposure to room temperature.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in filling and finishing manufacturing, preferably with vial inspection.
  • Understanding of measurements, calculations, and the metric system.
  • Basic knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Prior production or manufacturing experience is preferred.
  • GMP experience is preferred but not required.

Work Environment

This position is fully onsite. The working hours are Monday to Thursday from 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM EST, adjusting to Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM in January to February. The work will take place in a new state-of-the-art facility which is currently expanding.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
