Qualifications and responsibilities for this Heavy Equipment Operations Manager position include: 5+ years of experience in heavy equipment operations, maintenance management, or construction operations. Experience in scheduling, logistics, inventory management, and shop staff oversight. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Familiarity with tunneling or jack-and-bore equipment is a strong plus. Lead daily shop and yard operations including maintenance, inspection, and dispatch. Manage equipment budgets, procurement, and forecasting. Serve as the liaison between shop operations and project leadership. Identify and implement technology or systems to increase operational efficiency. Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
