As a Mental Healthcare Worker, you will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid setting, combining in-person and remote work, providing flexibility and work-life balance.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
• Implement interventions and therapeutic techniques
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Participate in crisis intervention and discharge planning

Required Skills (any of these):

• Licensed Mental Health Counselor
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
• Masters Level Behavioral Health experience
• Substance Abuse knowledge
• Registered Intern for Social Work or Mental Health Counseling

Nice to Have Skills:

• Telehealth and Telemedicine proficiency
• Experience in Trauma therapy
• Knowledge of Care Planning and Psychology
• Reunification Therapist
• Substance Abuse Therapist
• Play Therapist

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $45,000 - $70,000 (based on experience)

Benefits: Flexible Schedules, Work From Home options in Florida, offer supervision for registered interns
