As a leader in HVAC and plumbing services, we specialize in providing reliable and efficient solutions for both residential and commercial clients. Daily Responsibilities:

• Lead residential HVAC installations from start to finish with minimal instruction
• Install gas furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and ductless systems
• Train and mentor apprentices and junior installers
• Deliver high-quality work, safely and efficiently
• Communicate clearly with customers and project managers
• Represent our values and company with professionalism and pride

Required Skills:

• EPA Universal certification
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Experience with building construction and sheet metal work
• Familiarity with building codes and electrical systems
• Ability to use gauges and perform piping installations
• Knowledge of equipment repair, boilers, and refrigeration systems
• Proficiency in using hand tools and ensuring EPA compliance

Salary and Benefits:

Competitive salary range from $50,850 to $78,270 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
