Responsibilities include conducting thorough patient assessments, developing and revising care plans, and directly supervising Home Health Aides and Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses. You will be responsible for promptly reporting significant changes in patient conditions to physicians and maintaining clear, detailed medical records. Depending on the state, duties may involve specific supervisory visits and adherence to defined standards and regulatory requirements in home care nursing.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse license for the assigned state
• Minimum of 2-3 years nursing experience, preferably in home health care
• CPR certification current and valid
• Proficient in patient assessment, care planning, and supervision
• Comfortable using computers and electronic documentation systems
• Nurse Licensure Compact eligibility if working across participating states
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Location & Travel:This role is based in Columbus, Ohio, requiring reliable transportation for home visits and attendance at periodic office meetings. Liability insurance as required by the agency must be maintained.
