Maintenance Technician Job Description We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The role involves electromechanical troubleshooting and repair of manufacturing equipment. You will primarily work off a preventive maintenance (PM) schedule but must also be able to respond to line calls and breakdowns. Your responsibilities will include inspecting equipment to ensure proper operation and fixing any faulty machinery. Inspect equipment to ensure proper functioning and address any issues. Repair and maintain equipment including hydraulics, welding, presses, and mold presses. Conduct electrical, PLC, and equipment control troubleshooting. Essential Skills Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in electromechanical troubleshooting and maintenance. Proficiency in pneumatics, hydraulics, and schematics. Experience with 480v / 3-phase motors. Knowledge of electrical wiring and PLC troubleshooting. Familiarity with automation systems and robotics, specifically Fanuc and ABB. Additional Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or GED. 2-4 years of experience in industrial/manufacturing maintenance. 2 years of schooling plus 1 year of experience is acceptable. Experience with mold presses and automotive parts manufacturing is a plus. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of DELAWARE, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $31.00/hr.
