Job Description We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Concierge to join our team at a luxury high-rise condominium. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy creating a welcoming environment and delivering exceptional service. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Greet residents and guests warmly and provide assistance as needed. Manage front desk operations, including answering phones and responding to inquiries. Coordinate package deliveries and maintain accurate logs. Monitor building access and ensure security protocols are followed. Assist with scheduling service requests and communicating with property management. Provide information about building amenities and local services. Handle emergencies or escalate issues promptly to the appropriate personnel. Multiple shift options are available, making this role flexible for those with full-time schedules who want to supplement their income. Requirements Requirements: Experience: Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred. Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Availability: Ability to work part-time with flexible shifts (including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed). Professionalism: Reliable, courteous, and able to maintain confidentiality. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with light tasks as needed.
