JOB SUMMARY The administrative assistant provides office coordination and ensures the smooth operation of daily business. JOB DUTIES

• Answering the telephone
• Assisting in accounting activities
• Compiling call runs
• Averaging sales
• Tracking closing ratios
• Tracking agreement renewals

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Typing skills
• Knowledge of Office programs
• Filing and organization
• Faxing
• Shipping

Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
