Daily Responsibilities:

• Menu planning
• Ensuring food quality
• Portion control
• Utilizing knife skills
• Operating fryer and grill
• Working in the back of house
• Food handling and preparation
• Baking various items
• Following ServSafe Food Handler guidelines

Required Skills:

• Experience in food and beverage management
• Knowledge of sanitation practices
• Proficiency in cooking techniques
• ServSafe Certified
• Understanding of food safety protocols

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with ordering and purchasing
• Knowledge of merchandising techniques
