$25/hr+

Description

• Conduct accurate topographic surveys, property boundaries, and construction layout plans
• Upload and download field survey data from data collectors and GPS equipment into CAD platforms for processing and analysis
• Conduct thorough land records research to verify property ownership, easements, and legal descriptions
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and field crews to ensure survey deliverables align with project requirements and timelines
• Maintain organized digital and physical records of survey data, drawings, and research findings
• Assist in preparing survey reports, plats, and legal documentation for permitting and regulatory compliance

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of White Plains, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
