Job Description

As a Color Lab Technician, you will prepare color samples for evaluation and formulation to support the Refinish Color Matching team. Reporting directly to the Color Lab Supervisor in our Delaware, Ohio Plant your primary responsibilities will include mixing wet paint, reducing/spraying paint samples, and general prep and cleanup of lab areas.

Key Responsibilities

You will consist of both mixing and spraying functions to meet production demands.

Acquire color formulations from Color Matcher & prepare sample mixture based on pain formulations/recipe given.

Ensure accurate dispensing and labeling of color lab paint samples.

Acquire wet paint sample from mixing stations & sprays sample according to predefined specifications.

Maintain laboratory equipment in clean condition.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

BS or AS is preferred

OK with non-degreed is steady work history and good tenure in past roles. These roles need to be from fast pace/ on your feet environments

MUST be a US citizen or green card holder due to export controls

This is a Contract position based out of Delaware, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
