Our client, a leading organization in the technology and innovation sector, is seeking a Social Content & Creative Lead (Remote in Pacific or Mountain time zone) to join their dynamic team. As a Social Content & Creative Lead (Remote in Pacific or Mountain time zone), you will be an integral part of the Marketing Department supporting the Content Strategy and Brand Engagement teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Social Content & Creative Lead (Remote in Pacific or Mountain time zone)

Location: Remote in Pacific or Mountain time zone

Pay Range: $45 an hour

W2 Contract: 12 months (Not open to C2C candidates or sponsorship)

What's the Job?

• Lead the ideation and production of diverse social media content, including videos, static images, stories, reels, GIFs, and animations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop engaging content that informs, educates, and builds trust in the brand.
• Translate brand narratives and campaign objectives into compelling visual and written content tailored for various platforms.
• Experiment with new content formats, storytelling techniques, and platform features to enhance audience engagement.
• Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social channels and regions, ensuring brand integrity and recognition.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in social media content creation and creative leadership.
• Strong understanding of multimedia production tools, including Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with content management tools such as Adobe Workfront and Sprinklr is preferred.
