As a Cook, you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills in a fast-paced and creative environment. We are looking for passionate individuals who are dedicated to delivering high-quality dishes and providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Menu planning and execution
• Preparing Burgers and Steak
• Ensuring food quality and consistency
• Engaging in scratch cooking techniques
• Managing kitchen operations
• Creating visually appealing plate presentations
• Practicing portion control
• Working in an a la carte setting
• Producing pastries and desserts

Required Skills:

• Experience in Burgers and Meats
• Proficiency in Quick cook preparation
• Knowledge of food cost management
• Ability to sauté and bake goods
• Strong knife skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Degree in Culinary Arts
• Experience in batch cooking
• Familiarity with dietary restrictions

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $40,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $50,000.00
• Health insurance and paid time off
