HVAC Service Technician - Experienced & Ready to Grow

What You’ll Do

• Service, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems with quality and professionalism

• Diagnose system issues and communicate repair or replacement options to homeowners

• Perform installations and replacements according to manufacturer specs and local codes

• Maintain a clean work area and a strong focus on customer satisfaction

• Represent Summers with integrity, punctuality, and a positive attitude

What You Bring

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service or install experience

• EPA certification required

• Valid Indiana driver’s license and acceptable driving record

• Physically able to perform job-related tasks (lifting, crawling, working in varied environments)

• Willingness to work on-call rotation as needed

• A positive, dependable, and customer-first mindset

Pay & Benefits

• Competitive base pay of $45,000–$75,000/year, plus SPIFF opportunities

• Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (with occasional on-call rotation)
