Position Title: Food and Beverage Manager, Full-time (not seasonal)
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000, plus performance-based bonus

Position Overview:
The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of all food and beverage services, ensuring exceptional quality, service, and operational efficiency. This role requires strong leadership to drive team performance, manage resources, and deliver a memorable guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective food and beverage systems, operational procedures, and staffing strategies.
 - Supervise and manage daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and compliance with labor regulations.
 - Control budgets, oversee purchasing, inventory management, and minimize supply costs.
 - Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance evaluations to all team members.
 - Collaborate with Culinary, Housekeeping, Guest Relations, Maintenance, and Events departments to uphold service standards.
 - Address and resolve guest concerns promptly, utilizing feedback to continuously improve service delivery.
 - Maintain appropriate stock levels, ensure equipment is in good condition, and support sustainability initiatives.
 
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
 - 4 years' experience in food service, hospitality, or a related field
 - Prior management experience preferred.
 - Hotel / resort experience preferred
 - Strong understanding of health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
 - Proven guest service experience and ability to effectively resolve customer concerns.
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate to advanced skills.
 - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 - Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
 - Dependable, detail-oriented, and well-groomed.
 - Valid driver’s license required.
 - Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and background check required.
