Job Title:Executive AssistantDepartment:President | Office of the President

The Executive Administrator works closely with the operational team to facilitate scheduling needs, provide support on a wide range of requests and special projects, plan travel, provide administrative support, and serve as a relationship builder for the President. Collaboratively performs work while maintaining confidentiality and exercising sound judgement. Readily adapts and adjusts to shifting priorities and deadlines.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in administrative capacity to senior-level executives, a minimum of six (6) years with senior-level executives; considerable experience interacting and liaising with senior leadership in an academic capacity; demonstrated experience communicating with poise and precision; demonstrated commitment to concierge-level of support; proficiency with computers (PC and Mac) and necessary software programs, including Microsoft Office; ability to work nights and weekends, as needed. Highly-functional and flexible to shifting needs and priorities; excellent organization skills and attention to detail; dedication to providing excellent customer service, acting with professional etiquette, and exhibiting behavioral leadership qualities; team-player who prioritizes precision, accuracy, and excellence and operates with humility and grace; ability to anticipate needs and pivot successfully and appropriately while balancing competing priorities; operates with professional integrity, diplomacy, and discretion.

Desired Qualifications:
Eight to twelve (8-12) years of experience with senior level executives; Knowledge of OSU and OSU-System-wide governance, instructional and research program, organizational and personnel structures, communication channels, policies, and procedures.

Additional Information:

The Target Hiring Range for this position is $81,800 to $106,900 per year.
