Moran Transportation Corporation provides regional, less than truckload (LTL) services throughout the states of Illinois, Ohio, Indiana, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Missouri markets. Our team excels at providing exceptional & timely support to each of our customers. We are recruiting dedicated individuals to join our team and support thatmitment.

Job Functions:

Manage, direct and maintain all functions within a terminal. Primary areas of accountability include: productivity, service, safety, CSA performance, driver/dock hiring , driver retention, service level agreements, loading/unloading, transport planning, human resources

Implement and track service goals through reviews of operating expenses

Support customer relationships when required

Ensure that safety, service, and quality measures are implemented and monitored

Ensure that a safe working environment is provided for all employees

Implement understanding andpliance with all Company policies, prores and federal and state Department of Transportation rules and regulations

Create an atmosp of leadership and teamwork that values the contributions of all employees in support of a sustainable, safe performance culture

Lead and develop internal staff andcate w applicable

Leads the terminal by example with a "can do" attitude through people management excellence

Closely works with operations on a daily basis

Perform other duties as required by management
