As a Data Management Sr. Associate in HR, youll be the driving force behind how our organization classifies, secures, and unlocks the power of data. Youll architect robust access control models, organize and elevate HR data assets, and champion data as a productmaking information discoverable, trusted, and ready for action. Collaborating with Data Owners, Product Owners, Engineering and business leaders, youll deliver high-impact presentations, streamline governance, and continuously improve our data processes. Job responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust access control models (RBAC/ABAC) using tools like Immuta and Databricks to ensure secure, seamless data access.
- Organize, classify, and maintain HR data assets in alignment with governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain metadata, data access model, and data cataloging for enhanced data discoverability and trust.
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams, data owners, information architects, and business stakeholders to define data access rules and drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and technical reports, translating complex data concepts for senior audiences.
- Identify and implement process enhancements for data management, access control, and governance.
- Support project planning, milestone tracking, and status reporting for data-related initiatives.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in data management, audit, governance, or data security.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with access control tools (Immuta, Databricks) and policy frameworks (RBAC/ABAC).
- Familiarity with data cataloging, metadata management, and data quality monitoring tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in large scale corporate data ecosystems, resolving inconsistencies and challenges in the data.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Familiarity with HR data, HR practices, Employee Platform data, regulatory compliance, and data privacy.
- Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams.
