CareATC is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for our primary care clinic in Memphis, TN. New graduates are welcome to apply and will be supported through a structured mentorship program.
This role is part of CareATC’s employer-sponsored clinic model, designed to support quality, patient-centered care without volume-driven productivity pressure. Physical Therapists enjoy predictable schedules, manageable caseloads, and the ability to build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients.
Schedule
Monday and Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Tuesday through Thursday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
No weekends required
Salary
$85,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities
Provide outpatient physical therapy services in a clinic setting and/or virtually as directed by physician referral
Conduct evaluations and establish functional, measurable treatment goals
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based techniques
Monitor patient progress and adjust plans of care as needed
Collaborate with primary care providers and an interdisciplinary care team
Provide patient education, discharge planning, and home exercise programs
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Support musculoskeletal care and chronic disease management through movement-based interventions
Qualifications
Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program
Current Tennessee Physical Therapist license or temporary permit (compact licensure accepted where applicable)
One year of outpatient physical therapy experience or entry through an approved CareATC mentorship program
Strong communication, time management, and patient service skills
