Marketing Specialist (Remote)

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an opening for a Marketing Specialist. This remote position serves as a key link between business development, recruitment, and human resources by ensuring Spectrum’s brand is consistently represented across job postings, recruitment campaigns, proposals, conferences, and digital channels. This role supports both talent acquisition marketing and GovCon business development marketing—helping to attract top healthcare professionals while strengthening Spectrum’s competitive positioning in the federal healthcare space.

The requirements are as follows:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2+ years in GovCon or healthcare staffing strongly preferred.
• Proven experience managing conferences, sponsorships, and business development events.
• Demonstrated design skills using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms on both Mac and PC.
• Familiarity with GovCon-specific marketing and proposal support (e.g., capability statements, compliance-driven collateral).
• Proficiency with CRM/marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred).
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of federal healthcare contracting landscape (DHA, VA, DOD, CDC, FOH) strongly preferred.
