Join Our Team as a Part-Time Baker!
Uncle Giuseppes Marketplace in Massapequa is seeking a talented Part-Time Baker to join our gourmet bakery team! Our Bakers use only the finest ingredients to prepare, mix, and bake a variety of fresh, high-quality products following our signature recipes.

• Prepare and bake cookies, breads, cakes, pastries, and other gourmet baked goods

• Measure, mix, and test ingredients to ensure quality and consistency

• Maintain food safety and quality standards

• Greet customers, answer questions, and provide exceptional service

• Track production levels, inventory, and deliveries

• Clean and restock work areas; ensure equipment is properly sanitized

• Perform other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Formal baking training or certification preferred

• Minimum 3 years of professional baking experience

• Strong knowledge of cakes, breads, pastries, and bakery production

• Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)

• Flexible schedule early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
