Dental Receptionist

We are a well-established private practice in search of a self-motivated individual with a desire to to help take our practice to the next level. This person must possess a willingness to learn, grow and thrive in a fast-paced dental setting. Customer service and overall patient experience, along with quality dentistry, is our top priority. Previous dental experience and knowledge of dental terminology is preferred. Candidate must have proper phone etiquette. Knowledge of Dentrix Dental Systems is helpful, but not required. Exclusively DENTAL EXPERIENCED CANDIDATES.

• Scheduling Appointments
• Checking Patients In/Out
• Appointment Confirmation
• Insurance Verification
• Insurance Claim Follow-Ups
• Greeting Patients
• Reviewing Patient Files & Schedule for Accuracy
• Answering Phones
• Continuing Care Follow-Ups
• Sterilization of instruments/operatories
• Other office-related tasks, as assigned

Schedule:

Monday: 8am-5pm

Tuesday: As needed

Wednesday: 8am-5pm

Thursday: 8am-5pm

Friday: 8am-2pm

Saturday: 8am-2pm - alternating

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour (maybe more depending experience)
