Daily Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to plan and execute menus
• Manage food costs and ensure quality standards are met
• Develop new menu items and concepts
• Oversee back of house operations
• Coordinate banquet catering events

Required Skills:

• Degree in Culinary Arts
• Experience in fine dining and banquet catering
• Strong knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices
• Menu planning and development skills
• Ability to manage labor and food costs effectively

Nice to Have Skills:

• ServSafe Certified
• Experience in food and beverage management
• Knowledge of food safety regulations

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $55,000.00

Maximum Salary: $70,000.00
