HVAC Controls Installer – Service & Installation Technician

We are a leading commercial HVAC solutions provider dedicated to delivering high-quality comfort and energy efficiency to our clients.

We are immediately seeking a full-time, on-site HVAC Controls Installer with a minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on commercial experience. This is not an entry-level role. Candidates must have a proven background in installing, servicing, and troubleshooting advanced Building Automation Systems (BAS) and other HVAC control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, program, service, and troubleshoot HVAC controls including thermostats, sensors, and BAS equipment.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation accurately.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure on-time, high-quality project completion.
• Provide professional, customer-focused service during installation and maintenance calls.

Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of proven experience in HVAC controls installation and service (Commercial HVAC preferred).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, BAS controls, and electrical wiring.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• EPA certification preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
