Daily Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls from clients
• Resolve client issues and policies efficiently
• Schedule appointments for your appointments
• Conduct inbound and outbound appointments via zoom

Suggested Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in call center environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Outlook & Zoom
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns
• Experience in policy development
• Strong documentation and review skills
• Data entry experience
