Key Responsibilities and Clinical Focus
You will be responsible for the complete cycle of patient care, utilizing your clinical expertise to drive meaningful progress:

Comprehensive Assessment: Conduct thorough physical therapy assessments to identify patient needs and establish clear goals.

Individualized Treatment Planning: Develop and execute patient-centered, evidence-based treatment plans focused on optimal recovery.

Manual Therapy: Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques, including dry needling, as a core component of your treatment approach to improve patient function and mobility.
Qualifications and Experience
Required Credentials

Education: A Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.

Experience: Proven experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting.

Core Skills: Proficiency in holistic treatment planning and detailed care coordination.

Experience in Women's Health is a plus, but not required.

Licensure: Must hold or be eligible for a valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Maryland.

Minimum of two years of experience as a Physical Therapist.

Compensation and Professional Development

Salary Range: $95,300 to $108,000 annually, commensurate with your experience.

Continuing Education: A generous Continuing Education (CE) allowance plus free access to Myopain Seminars courses, ensuring you can continuously advance your skills in dry needling and manual therapy.
