We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead our facility's maintenance operations and ensure all equipment, machinery, and infrastructure operate efficiently. This hands-on role will manage a team of up to six Maintenance Technicians, develop and implement preventive maintenance programs, and collaborate with various departments to support production goals.

What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Vocational/Technical training preferred.
- 5-7 years in industrial maintenance, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong background in PLC programming and troubleshooting, hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics, and welding.
- Proven ability to lead, train, and develop a maintenance team; effective communication with management, production teams, and vendors.
- Skilled in scheduling and tracking maintenance activities, inventory, and budgets.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and commitment to a safety-first environment.
- Willingness to adjust work hours (evenings/weekends/on-call) to meet operational needs.
What You'll Do:
- Supervise, train, and mentor up to six Maintenance Technicians, providing guidance on troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and daily tasks.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive PM schedule using CMMS, minimizing downtime and maximizing equipment lifespan.
- Monitor and maintain all machinery, electrical systems, plumbing, robotics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLCs; perform MIG/ARC welding when needed.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and infrastructure issues to keep operations running smoothly.
- Maintain cost-effective inventory levels, manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor maintenance spending.
- Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations and company policies, fostering a safety-first culture and conducting regular audits.
- Work closely with the Plant Manager and production teams to align maintenance plans with production goals and schedules.
- Lead initiatives to enhance maintenance processes, adopt new technologies, and streamline operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, track performance in CMMS, and communicate progress to key stakeholders.
