Express Lane Technician

Mount Pleasant Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, a locally Owned and Operated Family Dealership, is seeking a reliable, high-energy Express Lane Lube Technician to join our growing service team. This entry-level or early-career role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with their hands, thrives in a team setting, and is eager to grow their skills in a structured, high-volume environment.

You'll be responsible for completing routine maintenance services that keep our customers’ vehicles safe and running smoothly—while delivering the fast, friendly experience we’re known for.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, wiper and air filter installations

• Conduct multi-point inspections and communicate recommendations to advisors

• Check and top off fluid levels, inspect tires, brakes, lights, and basic safety components

• Maintain a clean and organized work bay, tools, and service area

• Adhere to dealership and manufacturer safety protocols

• Assist with other service lane duties as needed, including vehicle movement and light facility upkeep

Qualifications:

• Previous lube tech or express lane experience is preferred, but not required—we will train the right person

• Ability to follow a process and complete tasks with accuracy and attention to detail

• Willingness to learn and grow within a structured service environment

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Positive, dependable, and professional attitude
