Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage lease renewals and resident retention
• Oversee residential property management and resident relations
• Conduct real estate appraisals and lease agreements
• Handle rent collection and lease-up processes
• Ensure compliance with affordable housing and fair housing regulations

Required Skills:

• Passed and licensed in Maryland,  Washington, DC or Virginia.
•  Must know your area of operation.
• Simple Computer system and valid driver license.
• Certification as a Real Estate Agent, and association with Local Real estate Board.
• Understanding of eviction processes and tenant relations

Salary - Real Estate Independent Agents annual income is estimated:

Minimum Salary: $38,000.00
Maximum Salary: $77,000.00
