Automotive Service Advisor

Mount Pleasant Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is a Locally Owned and Operated Family Dealership looking for a customer-focused, highly organized Service Advisor to join our fast-growing Fixed Ops team. We approach Parts and Service with a different mindset than most Dealerships, embracing processes and technology that differentiate us from the competition, to deliver exceptional service with extreme profitability and results. The ideal candidate is energetic, disciplined, and competitive, with a sharp attention to detail and a passion for delivering both results and remarkable customer service.

This is a key position in our brand-new, high-volume service department—perfect for someone who thrives on structure, communicates with confidence, and knows how to manage time, tech tools, and customers without missing a beat.

What You’ll Do:

• Write repair orders accurately and clearly, communicating technician recommendations with confidence

• Follow consistent intake and delivery processes to ensure efficiency and satisfaction

• Manage multi-point inspection results, upsell maintenance and safety work ethically and effectively

• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process with proactive, structured communication

• Work closely with techs, parts, and warranty admin to ensure fast, clean repair flow

• Meet and exceed individual and department revenue, CSI, and RO-per-day goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Highly structured, detail-oriented, and time-efficient work style

• Strong communication and follow-up habits—phone, text, and face-to-face

• Confidence in presenting service recommendations and overcoming objections

• Tech-savvy: able to use CDK, MPI tools, tablets, and DMS systems with speed and accuracy

• Positive attitude, team-first mindset, and pride in delivering top-tier service

• Stellantis/Mopar knowledge is a strong plus

• 1+ years of Service Advisor experience at a franchise dealership preferred
