• Schedule: Various Dates. Monday-Friday 9:00a-4:00p.
• Patients Per Day: 20-35
• Practice Setting: Medical Clinic
• Scope: Acute, Chronic, Physical, and Wellness Internal Medicine, Adults Only
• State Licensure: Active Texas State License
• Credentialing Timeframe: 5 Business Days
