Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ETL Developer with 5+ years of hands-on expertise in building and supporting ETL solutions using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). This contract-to-hire role includes both development and production support responsibilities, ensuring the reliability and performance of data pipelines in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using SSIS to support data integration and transformation needs

Provide production support for ETL processes, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues

Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data solutions

Document ETL processes, data flows, and system configurations

Participate in deployment, testing, and code reviews

Support data migration and integration efforts across platforms

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in ETL development with a strong focus on SSIS

Proven experience in production support for ETL workflows and data pipelines

Advanced proficiency in SQL Server and T-SQL

Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and relational database design

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
