This role will be filled in a hybrid capacity, with in-office collaboration in our Columbus, OH office 2 days per week.

This role does not qualify for employer-sponsored work authorization. Nationwide does not participate in the Stem OPT Extension program.

The Pricing and Rating team for Personal Lines, Red Squadron, is expanding to better serve our business partners. Over the next few years, we will be transforming our rating solution and are seeking talented engineers to join us in this pivotal project. We are looking for an engineer who can:

• Provide Full Stack expertise in our primary languages, Java and HTML

• Deliver high-quality code using a Test-Driven Development (TDD) approach

• Collaborate with team members and leads to design and estimate solutions

• Partner with business stakeholders and team members to develop comprehensive requirements

• Maintain professionalism and integrity in all interactions
