Role: Oracle O2C Financials Consultant

Pay arte: $70/hour -$75/Hour

Roles and Responsibilities

• O2C Solution Design & Delivery
• Lead end-to-end design, configuration, and delivery of O2C system capabilities, including Oracle AR, Billing Platform, Collections, Credit, and CDM.
• Ensure O2C workflows are designed with both upstream and downstream dependencies in mind to support accurate accounting and reconciliation (e.g., FAH integration).
• Translate business needs into scalable, compliant system solutions across invoicing, payment processing, dunning, and credit workflows.
• Serve as the functional DRI on O2C initiatives, partnering with project managers and cross-functional teams through discovery, build, and sustainment. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Operations, and IT to ensure coordinated delivery across the O2C ecosystem.
• Build and maintain trusted stakeholder relationships, helping to shape the roadmap and identify enhancement opportunities.
• Translate functional requirements into clear, actionable system designs, serving as a bridge between business and technical teams. Security and Controls
• Contribute to Oracle security and role design discussions specific to the O2C landscape, ensuring adherence to least-privilege principles.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Audit partners to ensure all solutions are built with strong governance and control requirements in mind.

Your Background Essential Skills and Experience:

• Deep functional expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP O2C modules including Customer Data Management (CDM), with working experience across Billing Platform and HighRadius.
• Familiarity with Fusion Accounting Hub (FAH) and how O2C subledger data could be consumed from external systems.
• At least four full-cycle O2C implementations, including solution design, testing, deployment, and support.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize O2C processes from both a systems and business perspective.
• Experience managing O2C system enhancements in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Strong understanding of the broader Oracle ecosystem, including integration points between O2C and other modules or applications.
