What you'll do:

As a Senior Enterprise Risk Management Analyst, you'll lead the strategy and execution of the Bank's Enterprise and Operational Risk Management Framework. You'll play a key role in executing the Operational Risk Management programs with a focus on the Issue Management and Controls Testing programs. You'll partner with First Line of Defense (FLOD) to ensure adherence with Firmwide requirements to the Issue Management program both in creation and validation of issues.

  • Support the execution and enhancement of Second Line of Defense Enterprise and Operational Risk Programs, specifically within Issue Management and Controls Testing.
  • Perform validation and controls testing as required by the Issue Management program.
  • Preparing various reports by collecting, analyzing, visualizing, and summarizing source data.

What you'll need:

  • Intermediate knowledge of Issue Management principles including controls testing methodology (Test of Design and Test of Effectiveness).
  • Bachelor's degree in related field required (Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Operations Management, Audit, Risk Management, or related field
  • Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
  • Intermediate knowledge of industry and professional experience across one or more of the three lines of defense (e.g., compliance, risk management, information technology, or audit).
  • Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
  • Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
