Project Manager

Akkodis is seeking a Project Manager for a contract with a client in Columbus, OH (Remote). The candidate will lead cross-functional coordination for deliverables and must demonstrate strong communication and creative problem-solving skills under high-pressure timelines.

Rate Range: $40/hour to 41/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Project Manager job responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage the 9-1-1 Network transition, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and subsidiaries to develop and maintain project timelines and deliverables.
• Apply strategic problem-solving skills to identify alternatives that are customer-focused and profitable.
• Communicate effectively with senior management, providing updates on critical issues and project status.
• Operate under high-pressure deadlines, maintaining a calm and solution-oriented approach.
• Ensure compliance with change control processes, including testing strategies and acceptance criteria.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree.
• 10+ years in project management and problem-solving roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate across departments and manage senior-level updates.
• Proven ability to work under pressure, manage change control processes, and deliver results within tight deadlines.

Pay Details: $40.00 to $41.00 per hour
