Daily Responsibilities:

• Install, manage, and maintain all system hardware and software throughout the organization, resolving problems where necessary
• Implement new tools and business tools within the IT infrastructure
• Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses
• Evaluate and recommend improvements, modifications, or changes to an organization's IT systems to reduce costs and upgrade the systems
• Design and document security measures and standards for all computer software and hardware
• Provide regular status reports to management
• Provide technical support, training, and direction to staff to ensure effective use of systems
• Maintain subject matter expertise in applications for systems and maintain knowledge on all new and upcoming technologies
• Provide coordination for performing security audits and creation of documentation and remediation plans
• Perform system log monitoring and reporting
• Monitor system logs and alerts and provide responses in determining the severity of alerts

Required Skills:

• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity
• Understanding of Setup, management and maintenance of Windows Server Environment including Virtual environment
• Knowledge of Watchguard Firewall management and monitoring skills desirable.
• Networking (LAN/WAN/WLAN)
• VPN and BOVPN monitoring and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of VOIP phone system installation, user management, and troubleshooting desired
• Experience with network, software and hardware troubleshooting and resolution
• Knowledge of onboarding processes
• Ability to work with diverse teams
• Experience in web design, implementation and maintenance
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• May require lifting of up to 25 pounds. Ability to work flexible and extended hours.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Knowledge of AutoCad or Sage 100 software
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $60,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $110,000.00
