Manages professional-level human resources duties in the areas of recruitment and selection, classification and compensation, benefits administration, worker's and unemployment compensation, performance evaluations, training and development, employee recognition, and employee relations. Provides support for the Human Resources Director and the Executive Director.
Example of Duties
Responsible for the recruitment and selection process; conducts interviews and provides guidance on interviewing and hiring. Directs recruitment, background checks, onboarding and orientation for all applicants.
