Job Title: Mailroom Associate

Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Mailroom Associate. You will be responsible for opening, prepping, scanning, and indexing documents to ensure high-quality digital conversion and timely processing. This role requires strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work independently for part of the shift.
Schedule & Pay:
Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Pay rate: $18/hr - $19/hr
Responsibilities
Open and process incoming mail; scan, fax, and route documents as needed.
Prepare documents by removing staples, clips, and bindings for scanning.
Scan and inspect documents to ensure accuracy, clarity, and completeness.
Validate and correct image/document errors as required.
Perform data entry, maintain organized workstations, and complete paperwork accurately.
Troubleshoot basic machine issues (e.g., paper jams, toner refills).
Meet productivity and quality standards while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic PC and typing skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
