Senior Account Executive

In this role, you will function as a primary client contact on a tactic level, managing individual tactics and work streams, supporting Account Partnership team leaders and partnering with Agency Operations. As Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for day-to-day account activities and ensuring that the execution of tactics is aligned with customer objectives, expectations and overall brand strategy. You will:

• Partner with the Project Manager and Planner to manage changes to project parameters that may affect timing, cost, or workload
• Build relationships with client contacts and colleagues, providing value as source of information relative to tactical execution, brand objectives, and business needs
• Assist in writing project briefs and securing signed copies from the client
• Orchestrate pre-kickoff meetings and initiation of new client requests
• Manage budgetary needs of the client in partnership with the Planner
• Independently manage the Veeva submission process

Essential Requirements:

• 3+ years' relevant customer experience in marketing, healthcare, or other related disciplines or 3+ years' relevant agency side experience
• Veeva PromoMats experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Desired Requirements:

• Adobe Professional experience

This role is expected to be hybrid in the Columbus, OH office 2 days per week.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $70K to $85K. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
