JavaScript, Python, Cucumber, Automation tools such as Karate, Rest Assured, Junit5, and programming skills in Java.
Need Candidates with a Minimum of 5 to 7 Years of Experience. This is an On-site role, and Local Candidates are preferred.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead automation initiatives from concept to deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT standards.
Analyze existing workflows and processes to identify automation opportunities.
Design and develop automation scripts, bots, and workflows using RPA platforms and scripting tools.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solutions.
Maintain and optimize existing automation solutions for performance and reliability.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and developers.
Document automation processes, configurations, and support procedures.
Ensure compliance with security, governance, and change management policies.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proficiency in automation tools such as Karate, Rest Assured, Junit5, Cucumber, or a similar tool where programming is required
Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, Python, and similar.
Experience with testing APIs
Solid understanding of process mapping, business analysis, and workflow optimization.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
