Job Description: We're seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Specialist to manage the day-to-day processing of invoices and payments. Your role will involve meticulous record-keeping, reconciling statements, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the seamless and timely execution of payments.

Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities:

Efficiently process invoices with precision

Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts

Reconcile vendor statements, resolving discrepancies

Ensure timely payments to vendors

Collaborate with internal departments to address payment-related inquiries

Maintain organized and up-to-date records of financial transactions

Accounts Payable Specialist Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting is a plus

Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or in a similar role

Familiarity with accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
