Livewell Animal Urgent Care is excited to open our brand-new facility in Worthington, Ohio! Our mission is to provide a seamless connection between general practice and emergency medicine, ensuring pets receive high-quality, same-day care when they need it most.

We're looking for full-time and part-time passionate Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team and help us build something truly special.

• Build strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact.
• Act as a liaison between pet families, primary care veterinarians, and our medical team-always staying calm, organized, and professional.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments with precision.
• Manage communications via phone, text, and computer systems (experience with EzyVet is a plus!).
• Verify patient records and utilize rVet Link for accurate documentation of referrals, history, and medical notes.
• Support clients with financial conversations, process invoices, and dispense prescriptions as directed by the veterinarian.
• Handle transactions and maintain accurate balances, following all cash/credit card handling and opening/closing procedures.

• Monday & Tuesday: Closed

• Wednesday - Sunday: 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM

• Open on major and minor holidays

• Future plans to expand to 7 days a week!
