Position Overview

We are currently seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with a passion for working with children to join our growing pediatric therapy team. The ideal candidate will be energetic, patient-centered, and enthusiastic about helping children of all abilities develop strength, coordination, and confidence.

Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy treatment plans under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist

• Work one-on-one with pediatric clients to help improve motor skills, mobility, strength, and functional independence

• Document patient progress and collaborate with therapists, families, and other team members

• Maintain a fun, safe, and engaging treatment environment

• Communicate clearly with parents and caregivers regarding progress and home exercise programs

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

• Associate’s degree from an accredited PTA program

• Pediatric experience preferred, but new grads with a strong interest in pediatrics are welcome to apply

• CPR certification

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A genuine passion for helping children succeed
