Our client, a leader in industrial construction and redevelopment projects, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be part of the Capital Projects Department supporting cross-functional site operations and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to safety and compliance, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Location: NY, Niagara Falls

Pay Range: $43.03 - $60.94/hour

What's the Job? Lead all phases of a major brownfield redevelopment project, including demolition and construction of a Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB)

Ensure strict adherence to onsite safety procedures and regulatory compliance

Manage budgets, schedules, and contractor performance throughout the project lifecycle

Coordinate site activities, including delivery, installation, and commissioning of facility equipment

Act as primary liaison between project stakeholders and site leadership to ensure alignment and transparency

What's Needed? Proven experience managing industrial construction projects from start to finish

Strong knowledge of safety standards, compliance regulations, and project management practices

Proficiency in basic computer systems and project coordination tools

Ability to communicate effectively with Plant Managers, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams

Availability for multiple interview rounds, including virtual sessions
