Job Title: Talent Acquisition Lead Coordinator Department: Health System Shared Services | Human Resource Administration

Human Resources is responsible for establishing HR-related policies and controls, partnering with clients to provide solutions, executing HR operations, providing and interpreting HR-related reports, and supporting strategic decisions. Talent Acquisition is responsible for the ongoing strategy and process of sourcing, recruiting, and selecting talent. Partners with technology and process design resources, including vendors, to deliver recruiting solutions into the organization including effective sourcing and selection solutions. Consults with leadership on the strategic direction of Talent Acquisition programs. Consults with legal resources to provide guidance on recruiting and selection related compliance issues.

The Lead Talent Acquisition Coordinator will look for efficiencies in processing and other workflows, acts as point of contact for escalation of issues; functions as subject matter expert on the pre-hire process, creates audit processes, helps guide work of Talent Acquisition Coordinator 2s and 3s in collaboration with manager, provides advanced support to team.

Individual Contributor - Technical - Work is primarily achieved through individual efforts or by participation on functional or project teams. May coordinate, influence, or review the work of others. May be the primary owner/authority on a given program or process. Performs work of technical (i.e. skilled trade), operational, or administrative nature. Work is performed within clearly established guidelines and procedures. Execution of work is dependent on guidance and decisions made by others. At Lead level may coordinate and review day-to-day work of others. Advanced technical or operational experience. Leverages technical and operational knowledge to accomplish objectives. Broad knowledge of processes and/or tools required in the team or department through on-the-job training and/or certification or vocational training. May provide assistance and training for less experienced colleagues. Anticipates, recognizes and solves routine issues that occur within the team, department, or customers without supervisory approval. Provides solutions to unusual or less-frequent issues and questions. Routine work does not require instruction or support and new activities or special projects require only general instruction. Evaluates and selects solutions based on established options, procedures, and precedent. Routinely interacts with members of immediate work team and other teams. Communicates matters of escalated importance. Uses diplomacy and tact to convey sensitive information.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED. Certification or vocational training may be required. Associate degree in relevant field may be preferred.

  • 4 years of relevant experience required. 6 or more years of relevant experience preferred.
