Job Description
Make a lasting impact as the Chief of Police in the Village of Hebron during our exciting growth caused by numerous opportunities coming to our region. The Chief of Police serves on our executive leadership team tasked with deploying interdisciplinary solutions for the residents, businesses, and visitors. The Chief of Police oversees all law enforcement operations, personnel, and administrative functions. This includes managing departmental policies, budgets, training, and coordination with regional agencies and prosecutors.
The police department is well equipped and well-staffed with more officers per resident than any other jurisdiction in the county. The department emphasizes community policing, strong public engagement, and regional collaboration to uphold peace and good order throughout the Village.
